The calories in Vodka are due to the fermentation of sugar / grain used in its production. The finished vodka or other alcohol then contains calories and that is essentially all. The higher proof(alcohol content) spirit the more calories it will contain per volume.

An average shot glass of vodka will contain 100 calories.

Don't forget that unless drinking your vodka straight or on the rocks, your mixer is likely to contain calories as well.
